Franken's Good News Short Lived?

According to the St. Paul Pioneer Press (MN), elections officials in
Minneapolis "discovered that one precinct came up 133 ballots short of election
day totals, resulting in a net loss for Democratic challenger Al Franken of 44
votes." Thus, Republican incumbent Norm Coleman's lead may have once again inched up well past +300 votes. The conditions in the Minnesota recount continue to favor the Republican incumbent.
